For professionals, and given the major part that philosophy has played in the field of family therapy, in the later pages we can sketch out what the "spec" for a good philosophy of relationships might be (given that most philosophies focus on the individual "sitting in an armchair thinking" rather than starting from an assumption that relationship is primary (cf the philosophy of John Macmurray).
